Prints are made to order, so add printing time to the delivery estimate. The line above the rates says how long that takes.

The estimates are business days from the day it is posted, and they are estimates rather than promises.

Prints ship rolled in a rigid tube, unframed, interleaved with tissue. A tube survives the post far better than a flat parcel, and it keeps the cost of sending a large print sane.

Give a rolled print a day or two flat under a book before framing and it will lie down.

You get an email when the parcel goes out.

For orders outside the United States, the price you pay here is the print and the postage, and nothing else. No import duty, customs charge or local sales tax is collected at checkout.

That means your own country may charge you something when the parcel arrives, and the carrier may add a handling fee for collecting it. Those charges are yours, not mine, and I cannot tell you in advance what they will be — it depends on where you live and what the parcel is worth.

Parcels are declared honestly, at what you paid, as printed artwork. I will not under-declare a parcel or mark it as a gift.

Wait until the estimate for your zone has passed, then write. The returns page says what happens next: a parcel that is genuinely lost is reprinted and resent at my cost.

The address is collected by Stripe on its payment page, not here, and that is the address the parcel goes to. Check it there, because it is much easier to change before the label is printed than after.
